Terms & RUO Agreement

Purchaser agrees that Wilco Labs products will not be used for:

• Any unlawful or illegal purpose
• Resale to unqualified or unauthorized individuals

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from Wilco Labs. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

• Proper storage and handling of all research compounds
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Safe disposal of unused or expired materials
• Ensuring all laboratory personnel are properly trained
• Maintaining accurate records of purchase and usage
• Any consequences arising from misuse of the products
