We stand behind the quality of our products. If your product arrives damaged or does not meet our stated purity specifications, we will provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging or product
- Product must be in original, unopened condition (unless damaged)
- Include your order number with all correspondence
How to Request a Refund

- Describe the issue and attach relevant photos
- Our team will review within 1-2 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
Important Note
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are defective. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
